Journal Article Analysis

This report analyzed the article which title is “Relationships among geographic dispersion, team processes, and effectiveness in software development work teams”. I illustrated the structure and rhetorical elements in this article, then I use the CARS model to analyze this article. As a result, this article is a universal and typical academic writing in Management field since it follows the format of IMRD and uses the APA as the way of citation. All in all, this article can serve as a model and template for my academic writing in the future.

Activity Reflection

This activity reflection recorded an activity hosted by Professor John W. Warren who are the director of Mason Publishing Group, which named “Designing and Delivering Effective Briefings and Presentations”. From this activity, I learned the techniques for giving presentations and producing presentations. From my perspective, I think this experience means a lot to me and gives me some help with my class speech in the future, professor Warren taught me how to make a successful presentation and brieing.

Computer Science Assignment

In order to do this assignment, I loaded the example database definition and data, which had been provided with this assignment for Oracle.  To load the data into the system, I will need to use sqlplus (oracle) with the @ command utilizing the source command. I wrote the required queries in SQL and created a script file for the SQL queries, and include a log file for running the queries.
